Information is like food and if you are careless about what enters your mind don’t be surprised if what comes out of your mind is junk! Follow a healthy information diet. Look for information that will help you improve and develop. Avoid useless information that distracts you from your primary goal.

Try Just in Time Learning and only learn what you will you immediately need to know for your next assignment or exam. Don’t watch the news too much or get caught up in what your friends are doing on social media. Live your own life and stay focused!
