It’s easy to get overwhelmed by life at university, the social demands, ever looming deadlines, looking after yourself. One very simple trick to help make your day a positive one is to practice an attitude of gratitude. It sounds corny but by just focusing on all the good things you have going on in your life on any given day you can drastically improve your state of mind. Look around you at all your friends you get to spend so many good times with, relish in a beautiful sunset from your window or be thankful for the food you are able to eat. It’s a simple practice that could change your life!
